I just personally think that upgrading your current line of speaker would be hell of alot more beneficial than creating a 21" Sub,, Out of anyone I know there is 1 person that I have seen running a 21" Sub. I mean its few but far from that even run 18's just because of the sheer size of them. I just really think from what you hear on the street that a 21" sub would be a waste of your guys time and efforts, but its your business, just my thoughts.
I just dont think the market is big enough to support a 21" sub for any company.

My opinion is cones are often to heavy for the parts if someone could build one and make it stable the would be hella nice but in order do design somthing like this you are going to have a pretty penny to buy them and it will difficult to sell very many.

im glad you guys figured out a way to use 10in spiders on the 15s. and decided to go with more spiders. everything is looking good. you guys seem to have made the 15in basket work and still have some clearance.
as far as the 21in sub I agree that there is a very small market for them as of now...BUT years bck 18s weren't popular just takes time.
I don't think the cone would be that heavy on a 21in if a regular kevlar impregnated paper cone was used.
you guys should bring in the id of the former(to where it almost rubs the pole piece) and add a few more layers to those coils hehe.

We machine underspider venting into the 6 spoke 18" frames. They dont have it standard but they should You can see the difference between the standard 18" 6 spoke basket and our vented basket.  |

All of our 18's use this 6 spoke frame with the added venting. The spider landing is large enough and high enough for many different designs.....
